Wholesale prices are given to those holding a valid business license only.

Placing an Order: You should place your order via e-mail, as this will insure that your order is received, confirmed, and properly recorded in our computer. However, you may also sent it via regular Post or call it in. Please itemize all information, including the name of the Person placing the order, Business Name, address, and zip, as well as a telephone number where you may be reached. Prices, designs, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Details will be verified at time of order. Copies of some artifact finds,  labor-intensive, unique  or one-of-a kind pieces are not available at wholesale prices!

Terms of Payment/Fees: Payment for purchases may be made in full when placing an order via our convenient and secure PayPal service (Please add 5% to your total). A minimum fifty percent (50 %) deposit is required on all orders. The balance, including any C.O.D. , shipping or other fees, is due upon receipt.  Other arrangements may be made after a reliable, on-going account has been established. Personal or Business checks must be pre-printed with your Name, Address,  Account and Telephone Numbers. All checks to be issued in U.S. Funds, drawn on a U.S. Bank. Continued service for Personal or Business Checks are subject to satisfactory account history.

C.O.D. Orders: Completed Orders may be sent C.O.D. which will include all existing balances. (C.O.D.'s add $8.00)  You will need to have proper means of payment ready at the time of delivery. The Carrier will return the Package for non-payment. Please verify all amounts due. Unclaimed C.O.D.'s will be reshipped pending receipt of funds for the original C.O.D. amount, including charges for second shipping.

Foreign Customers: Unfortunately our local Banks are unpredictable in fees charged to process Foreign checks (a side effect of living in a small Rural Community), so we have a policy of payment in U.S. Dollars by either Check/Money Order drawn on a U.S. Bank, or International Money Order. Alternatively, you may pay over the Internet using PayPal for a 5% surcharge.

Means of Shipment: Shipping charges will be added to all wholesale orders. Orders shipped within the US will be sent via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) with insurance, unless other arrangements have been made. For international orders, please inquire for individual shipping and insurance prices.

Shortage & Damage Claims: Shortage & damage claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment. Please inspect the package thoroughly and report any damage before you sign for it. Discuss damages with the Carrier (UPS, USPS) as soon as possible.

Returned Check/Service Charges: Customers Checks which are returned unpaid for ANY reason will incur a $25.00 service charge. Upon receipt of a dishonored check the account will be placed on a "Cash Only" basis. Any or all orders may be suspended until accounts are put in order. This will be waived once the check and service charge have been cleared. Service charges may apply to unpaid/over due accounts.

Guarantee: All work, materials, and craftsmanship is guaranteed by Urweg for one year, under normal use and care.
