including sizes, styles and other

quickest

best way to insure that your
personal order is received,
confirmed, and properly recorded.
You may also order using snail
mail or the phone.
Due to a drastic
rise in Silver market price,
prices listed on our webpages
might have to be adjusted.
Since the price is rather
erratic at the moment and we are
always trying to offer you the
best possible prices on our
pieces,
please inquire about current
prices. We are trying to hold
them steady as long as possible.
Your
Total: Prices listed are
payable in US Dollars and include
tax, so totals should be be easy to
calculate. Just add each item plus
your choice of shipping.
Shipping is $10 for all US
Jewelry orders and takes up to 5 - 7 days to
deliver. Priority Mail shipping takes 3 - 4 days
and costs $20 per jewelry order. Express Shipping
is $40 and takes 1 - 3 days to deliver from
our rural community! Shipping charges for large or
bulky items such as Horns, Knives, Birch Bark or
Glass pieces are more!
We
ship by US Postal Service, insured for the value
of the contents.
Shipping to Canada starts
at $20 for an non-insured parcel. Insured parcels
to Canada start at $45.
Large or
bulky items could incur additional shipping costs.
Over Seas Mail service to
most other foreign countries starts at $20 for regular
non-insured Airmail for a parcel of Jewelry and takes
about 2 - 3 weeks. Insured parcels
start at $45, but take only about 1 - 2 week to
deliver. Express Mail
takes a week or less to most countries and runs $80.
Large or bulky items such as Horns or Knives will
incur additional shipping costs.
Payment: Once
your order and pricing are confirmed, you
may make payment
by wiring the funds via
PayPal to this email address
(urweg@urweg.com).
Or,
you can call us at
1-406-961-3225 (10 am - 6 pm
Mountain Time) to give us
your credit card info over
the phone. You
may also make payment by sending cash, a
check or a money order made out to Urweg to P.O. Box
322, Corvallis, Montana 59828. We do recommend getting insurance or
at least a tracking number on your letter, if
you are sending cash.
A minimum deposit of fifty
percent (50%) is required on all custom sized and/or
commissioned work. The balance may be paid before
delivery or the order can be sent C.O.D. for an
additional $10.
Foreign
Customers: Payment may be made by PayPal to this
email address (urweg@urweg.com) - please be sure to
specify US $. You may also call us at 1-406-961-3225 (9 am - 6
pm Mountain Time) to
give us your credit card number. Alternatively, you
may pay in U.S. Dollars by either Cash, Check
or Money Order drawn on a U.S. Bank, or International
Money Order. We do recommend using insurance on your
letter, if you are sending cash. Canadian
customers may use Postal Money Orders (in US $). International
wire transfers incur a $100 bank fee.
Notification of payments received will be sent by
email. In the same way, you will also be notified of
the date and delivery confirmation number when your
order is shipped out. We ship all orders via US
Postal Service.
Delivery
time is usually 1 - 3 weeks after
all details have been settled. Custom-made or -sized
pieces may take longer. In-stock items usually
ship out the next day, once payment has been
received.
Return policy:
We like for our customers to be
pleased with their orders, so orders returned in good condition within 10 days of receipt will be
refunded or exchanged less the shipping costs. This does
not apply to custom sized or special order pieces which
are made to your specifications and can not be
returned! If returning an item, it is advisable to
send it at least with delivery confirmation, if not
insured. Refunds or exchanges will be issued within 30
days of receipt of item(s).
Returned Checks/Service Charges:
Customers Checks which are
returned unpaid for ANY reason will incur a $25
service charge.
Shortage &
Damage Claims: Shortage & damage claims must be
made within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment.
Please inspect the package thoroughly and report any
damage before you sign for it. Discuss damages with
the Carrier as soon as possible.
Guarantee: All craftsmanship, and
materials are guaranteed by URWEG for one year, under
normal use and care.
